2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Damaged products during delivery
  • Missing products from an order
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products consumed or opened unnecessarily
  • Change of mind after dispatch
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier issues outside our control

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Affiliate Commission Reversals

If an order is refunded or cancelled, any related affiliate commission may also be reversed or cancelled.
